Exciting event change for our 6th Annual Auction "Bids for the Kids"

We are so happy to announce an exciting change to our auction program! This year, our 6th Annual Auction will take place during a fun new event titled "Bids for the Kids".  

Bids for the Kids will be a family-oriented, bash style event held at our very own West Vincent Elementary. The event will be the evening of Friday, May 16, 2014, and the whole family is invited. There will be a DJ, food vendors and lots of fun times. We will still have great class baskets to raffle, awesome items including "Teacher Treasures" for silent auction and favorite live auction items such as "Principal for the Day."  Stay tuned for more information!

If you'd like to help with Bids for the Kids, the Chairs will be hosting a planning meeting on Thursday, February 27, at 1:30pm at West Vincent Elementary. Please let us know if you can join us.

If you can't make that meeting but would still like to help out, please contact chairs Caroline Charron or Lyndsay Hashem directly. There are lots of great opportunities to help from planning the event beforehand to helping out day of. Please consider donating some time to help your PTA.
