After-School Programs
Volunteers are needed to help lead these programs.
All Pro Dad
Bi-monthly monthly breakfast for students and their dads. During this time, they discuss a wide range of family topics, spend time together, create fun memories and strengthen their relationship. Volunteers help set up the breakfast/break-down the breakfast between 7-8 am.
Auditing
This committee meets in the summer to review the financial books of the PTA to certify accuracy of the records and to assure membership that resources and funds are being managed within the regulations.
Back To School Bash
This is a fun celebration at the school for the start of the new school year! Families are invited to attend to reconnect with school friends. Volunteers are needed for shifts throughout the event to help in various roles.
Bingo Night
This is a family fun night! We gather to eat and play bingo and raffle prizes. Volunteers are needed to set up, clean up and secure prizes.
Book Fair
A week-long event in the fall and spring that requires both daytime volunteers and evening volunteers. For those volunteering during the day, it’s a great opportunity to spend time with the children and teachers.
Sweetheart Dance
Volunteers will be needed to help with this event in the winter.
Family Art Night
Family Art Night is a free event for families to come to the school and create a work of art! Volunteers are needed for setup and check-in. This event takes place in November and April.
Mother Son Event
Volunteers will be needed to help with this event in the spring.
Muffins With Mom
Volunteers needed to hand out breakfast items
Publishing Center
Turn our students’ stories and class projects into keepsakes. Duties include typing on the computer, using desktop publishing, working with the students and binding the finished projects. Publishing Center is open throughout the school year.
Reflections Art Contest
This program, sponsored by the National PTA, encourages children to use art to express themselves. Volunteers are needed for their area of expertise: literature, dance choreography, visual arts, music, photography or film. This is a singular event and volunteering would occur in September/October.
Spirit Wear
Volunteers will be needed to sell spirit wear at various events.

Talent Show
Excellent opportunity to help the kids show off their talents. Help is needed to organize, screen and schedule the event.
Yearbook
Volunteers are needed from each class to collect photos and forward to yearbook chair. Additionally, volunteers assist the chair in assembling and editing the yearbook pages.
Walk-a-Thon
School wide fundraising event with a DJ and lots of fun!
