West Vincent’s Got Talent!

Our school talent show, West Vincent's Got Talent (WVGT), is a popular annual tradition that we are excited to welcome back in 2026! This is a positive and FUN family event that brings the entire school together.

If your child likes to sing, dance, play an instrument, perform magic tricks, juggle, perform gymnastics, showcase martial arts skills, or has another unique talent, consider taking part in this exciting event! WVGT gives students an opportunity to cultivate their performance skills while building confidence. All students in all grades are invited to perform, and both individual performances and group acts are welcome.

NEW for 2026: We are requiring audition videos to be submitted along with registration forms. This helps our Talent Show Committee thoughtfully select acts and plan a well-rounded, entertaining show. Please read details below about registration and important dates for the 2026 West Vincent's Got Talent Show!

Registration details:

• Registration opens December 12, 2025 and closes at midnight on January 5, 2026 on the PTA website (no exceptions!)

• NEW: Audition videos are required! You may submit your registration form before uploading your video, but both must be completed AND submitted by the January 5 deadline

  • Video upload instructions will be available on the PTA website when registration goes live

• We will accept up to 80 submissions

  • The Talent Show Committee will select 30-40 acts for the show, with preference given to creative, original performances

  • An alternates list will be maintained in case of dropouts

• Each act cannot exceed two minutes in length

• Note that the act limit represents total acts, not students; only one parent needs to register per act if multiple students are participating

Important dates:

• December 12 - Act registration goes live on our website

• January 5 - Registration and audition video submissions due by midnight

• February 17 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Dress rehearsal (mandatory for all acts)

• February 20 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - West Vincent's Got Talent Show in the All-Purpose Room (snow date February 27; performers arrive by 5:30 PM)

Volunteers needed!

WVGT wouldn't be possible without the support of our amazing parent volunteers! We'll need help with various tasks including setup, backstage coordination, and more.
