The West Vincent PTA helps bring exciting after-school programs to our students—many of them free or subsidized thanks to PTA support. These activities give children the chance to explore new interests, develop skills, and have fun beyond the classroom.

All Pro Dad is a special bi-monthly breakfast held three to four times a year for kids and their dads. It’s a chance to enjoy breakfast together, talk about family topics, make memories, and leave with resources to help strengthen the parent–child bond.

The Auditing Committee is elected by the Executive Board in March to review the PTA’s financial books at the close of the fiscal year. Their purpose is to certify the accuracy of our records and assure members that PTA funds are being managed responsibly and within regulations. This is a one-time commitment in July.

Kick off the year at our annual Back to School Bash! Bring the whole family to reconnect with friends, enjoy music from a DJ, and check out spirit wear for sale. Food will be available for purchase, and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the start of a new school year together.

Bingo Night is a family favorite! Join us for an evening of bingo, raffle prizes, and lots of fun. Volunteers help make it happen by securing donated prizes, setting up, pitching in during the event, and cleaning up afterward.

The Scholastic Book Fair is held for a week in both the fall and spring, with volunteer opportunities during the day and evening. Daytime volunteers get the special chance to spend time with students and teachers while helping them discover new books.

The Reflections Art Contest, sponsored by National PTA, invites students to express themselves through art. Volunteers are needed to guide and support participants in areas like literature, dance, visual arts, music, photography, or film. This is a annual event held in September/October.

Help us show off our Wildcat pride! Volunteers are needed to sell spirit wear at school events as well as assist with design, vendor coordination, getting quotes, and more.

Our Spring Spectacular is a family favorite! Come mingle with friends, enjoy DJ entertainment, shop spirit wear, enter raffles, and grab dinner or snacks from food vendors. It’s a night of fun to celebrate our Wildcat community!

The Staff Appreciation Luncheon is one of the most rewarding events of the year! Volunteers are needed to help plan, set up, lend a hand during the luncheon, and clean up afterward. Our teachers and staff are always so grateful for this special celebration.

The Talent Show is a wonderful opportunity for students to shine on stage and share their skills. Volunteers are needed to help organize, screen acts, and schedule the event.

The Walk-a-Thon is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year and includes every student, plus each child gets a free t-shirt! Volunteers are needed to help organize packets, pledges, and shirts to make this event a success.

The Yearbook is a treasured keepsake for our students and families. Volunteers are needed in each class to collect and share photos, and to help arrange and assemble content for the final book. The more photos we have, the better the memories!
