Don't forget... our Book Fair starts TOMORROW, Monday Nov. 12 and runs through Thursday Nov. 15. School shopping hours have been scheduled by your child's teacher, but additional shopping hours have been arranged for Wednesday evening, Nov. 14 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. We look forward to seeing you and your child at the fair this week!

REMINDER: Reflections Art Contest Entries are due by the end of the day tomorrow, Monday Nov. 12. Students can submit their entry at the front office.
The PTA is thrilled to offer another after-school program this year.
BOOK CLUB - for grades 1-3
Join us for this educational and interactive book club led by local librarian, Kate Woodworth. Students can come to listen to a story, make a craft and share their thoughts on what they heard. Book Club is a FREE program for kids in grades 1-3 and will take place 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 and 12/20 immediately after school until 4:15 pm. Families will need to arrange to pick up their student. Registration begins Monday, November 12 at 6:00 pm through www.westvincentpta.org. SPACE IS LIMITED AND REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. If selected, you will be sent a permission slip a few days after registration, or notification will be send that you will be added to a waitlist. For more info. contact Cindy Hutcheson.
Mark your calendar: the next PTA general membership meeting will be held Tuesday, November 13 at 7 pm in the West Vincent Elementary library. (this is a change from the original date of Nov. 12.)
Join us on Wed., November 14 for The Brain Show, a highly regarded FREE family fun night! The Brain Show is as close as you can get to a real, live game show. Doors will open at 5:30, and The Brain Show starts at 6:30. Please take the extra time available to shop the Book Fair. We are asking each family to donate a shelf stable item as your entrance fee to The Brain Show.
Family Arts Night will return on Friday, November 30 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Participants will be lead in painting a canvas project to be cherished for years to come (trust me - they're adorable!) A registration link will go live on Monday at 6:00 pm. Look for it under the 'Featured News' section of our PTA homepage.
The next All Pro Dad breakfast will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 7:00 - 8:00 am in the WVES all-purpose room. The topic of discussion will be Positivity. Please RSVP here. Please signup here if you are able to bring a food donation. We look forward to seeing you December 6!
