Fall Bingo Night
📅 Friday, Oct 23
📍 WVES All-Purpose Room
🕕 Doors open at 6:00 PM | Games begin at 6:30 PM
Join us on Friday, October 23 for our fall bingo extravaganza! Miss Buzby & Miss Childs will be making their bingo caller debuts, so it’s sure to be a good time!
🥪 Please feel free to bring your peanut-free dinner. The PTA will be providing some light snacks and desserts.
⚠️ Space is limited so be sure to register soon -- attendees are capped at 260 with an additional 60 on the waiting list.
👉 When registering, please be sure to select the total number of family members attending, even if some aren’t playing. We have a maximum occupancy limit in the All-Purpose Room (fire safety and all that!), so it’s important we get an accurate headcount. Thanks for helping us keep things safe and fun for everyone!
Your phone is your ticket! 🎟️
We’re trying something new this year! Reservations are now handled through TicketTailor, which should make check-in a whole lot smoother (fewer clipboards, more bingo).
After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code. Please keep that email handy, save the QR code to your phone, or print out your ticket before you arrive. A quick screenshot works great! We’ll scan you in at the door and you’ll be on your way to your seats in no time.
Since this is our first time giving it a whirl, thanks in advance for your patience as we work out any kinks. We can’t wait to see you there!
Plans changed? Please release your spots using the Manage tickets link so a family on the waitlist can join the fun.
